Ingredients

Chicken mince
1
stalk
spring onions
1
tbsp
garlic chopped

tsp
pepper powder

tsp
garam masala

tsp
soy sauce
1/2
cup
basmati rice
salt to taste
Instructions
Soak the basmati rice for 15 minutes
Mix together all ingredients except rice
Shape into a ball and roll it in the soaked rice and steam for 15 -18 minutes until the rice is cooked and doubled
Serve hot with tea
