Ingredients

cup
moongdal/yellow split dal
soaked
1
onion chopped
1/4
cup
fresh coriander leaves chopped
1
inch
ginger chopped
2-3
greenchilli chopped
1
tbsp
rice flour
Pinch of asafoetida
pinch of baking soda
salt to taste
oil for frying
Instructions
Add the soaked dal in a mixie jar then add onion,coriander, greenchilli, ginger asafoetida, baking soda , rice flour and salt grind it to coarse mixture.
Heat oil and drop small portion of mixture and fry till golden and crispy.
