Instructions
Grind together coriander leaves , pudina,fennel seeds , ginger garlic, greenchilli, redchilli.,cardomom, cinamon to a smooth paste
Marinate the prawns with half of the green masala , yoghurt , redchilli powder , turmeric powder , coriander powder for 30 minutes
In a pan add ghee , cinamon , clove, sliced onions and tomato cook till mushy
Then add the marinated prawns and remaining ground masala.
Then add coconut milk , soaked rice , salt and cook till done.
