In a bowl combine toghether flour ,salt,baking soda
In another bowl beat together sugar and butter till fluffy.Add egg and egg yolk beat it then add vanilla essence and milk mix untill well combined
Add flour to the butter mixture combine well and form a dough and refrigerate it for half an hour.
preheat the oven to 180xb0c
Take a portion of a dough and roll in into a ball and slightly press it and shape it into circle and place it in a tray then press the m&m cookies on top of it .place a enough space in between the cookies and bake for 15 mins(until cookies turn golden brown).
