Instructions
  1. Soak the rice for half n hour then grind to coarse.
  2. Boil the milk then add cardomom powder ,saffron strands when boiled add condensed milk , ground rice and cook until thick amd chill it
  3. In another pan add sugar and caramelise it then add nuts .pour over the silicon plate or foil paper smeared with ghee and allow it to cool then crush it
  4. While serving add the caramelised nuts on top of phirni and serve ….
  5. Here i have served in a clay pot tradionally…..
