TO PREPARE MASALA:: In a wide pan add oil and ghee then add gingergarlic paste saute till raw smell is gone then add sliced onion cook till soft then add greenchilli(adjust according to spice level adjust with greenchilli and chill powder)..
Followed by all the powders cook till raw smell goes and oozes out oil..if shajeera powder is not available jst crush it add to it.Then add pureed tomatoes cook for 10 mins until well incorporated with the masala then add, beef , corianderleaves ,pudina cover and cook till done..
TO PREPARE RICE:: In a pan add ghee , cardomom,cinnamon,cloves,staranize , shajeera ,rice then add the boiled water ,turmeric powder ,salt and cook till done
when masal.and rice is cooked and ready Take another thick bottom pan for dum layer it with little ghee then layer of rice followed by masala then layer of rice alternatively finally garnish with coriander leaves , fried onion and saffron soaked milk and keep it closed in low flame for 10 mins and switch off the flame
yummy beef biriyani is ready serve with raita and have it…..
