Instructions
Cream together butter and sugar then add eggs one by one then add vanilla essence.
sift together flour, baking powder, baking soda.
Add the flour mix to the egg mixture along with the buttermilk and make a smooth batter. pour inthe floured cake tin and bake @180°c for 70 mins
To prepare butter sauce/glaze
Add the ingredients required for sauce in a pan and heat on a medium heat
when the cake is ready poke holes in it and pour the butter sauce/glaze…
