Instructions
In a pan add oil ginger garlic paste(2:1) that means ginger should be more than garlic.saute till raw smell goes .
Then add chicken pieces and fry till its colour changes then add tomato paste ( ifnot you can add 2 pureed tomatoes)
Add greenchilli ,redchilli powder ,jeera powder and salt mix it well and cook till oil floats.
Then add curd mix it for 1 min then add crushed kasurimethi and coriander leaves…
It goes well with naan roti and rice
