  1. Grind coconut cardomom,cinamon,clove,redchilli, cumin ,fenugreek,coriander , nutmeg , cashew to a paste
  2. in a pan add ghee onion, g+g paste ,ground paste ,tomato puree,chicken ,salt , sugar , cook till chicken s tender and creamy then add coconut milk , lemon juice
  3. well combination for idiyappam n ghee rice
