puree mango and strawberry cubes and measure and keep…it came around 2 cups for me ..
In a pan add the puree and cook till water is dried… then add in sugar about equal amount of puree..
Stir continously to avoid sticking to the bottom..and cook until its enough..You can do plate test by pouring a drop in a plate and it should not flow easily on sliding.
when its thick enough switch off the flame and allow it to cool..Store in air tight container.
