Ingredients
Almond cake
2
Eggs seperated
1/4
cup
sugar
1 1/2
tsp
vanilla essence
3/4
cup
Almond flour
2
tbsp
milk
milk Mixture
1
cup
full fat milk
1
cup
evaporated milk
1
cup
condensed milk
1
tsp
vanilla essence
Instructions
Seperate the eggs into yolk and whites.
Beat the egg yolk with sugar till light and creamy.
Then add in the Almond flour, vanilla essence ,milk and mix well.
Beat the egg whites till soft peaks are formed then gently fold slowly to the yolk milk mixture .
Add the batter to the parchment lined baking pan and tap on floor to remove any air bubble.
Bake in a pre heated oven @180 c for 25 minutes until tooth pick inserted comes out.
When its baked well cool them on wire rack.
Mix together ingredients for milk cake and keep aside.
When cake is cooled well poke the cake with toothpick and pour the milk mixture all over making them soak..
Chill and serve the cake with milk mix.
