  1. Pre heat the oven @180℃ for 10 min.
  2. Sift together flour,baking powder and salt.
  3. Beat together butter and sugar till fluffy ,creamy and pale in colour
  4. Add egg and beat well.
  5. Add in vanilla essence
  6. Add the flour mix and milk alternately …Combine well ,do not over mix.
  7. Add to the muffin tray and bake @180°c for 20 -25 minutes
To prepare topping
  1. Dip the muffin in melted butter and roll in cinnamon sugar.
  2. Add cinnamon powder to the sugar and mix well.
