Ingredients

fish fillets
juice of half lemon

turmeric powder

redchilli powder

chaat masala

tbsp
ginger garlic paste
1/2
tsp
ajwain

tbsp
yoghurt

tbsp
gram flour
salt to taste
oil for frying
Instructions
Cut the fish fillets in medium bite sizes.
Marinate the fish with lemon juice, turmeric powder, redchilli powder, ajwain,chaat masala,ginger garlic paste and salt for 10 minutes
Then to this add yoghurt and besan flour ..Add the break flour enough to get well coated to the fish …
Fry the fish in hot oil until crisp.
Serve hot with sprinkles of chaat masala
