Ingredients

all purpose flour

Yoghurt/curd
1
cup
powdered sugar
1/2
cup
vegetable oil
1 1/4
tsp
baking powder
1/2
tsp
baking soda

tsp
vanilla essence

Tutti frutti

tbsp
flour
pinch of salt
Instructions
In a bowl Add curd/yoghurt ,powdered sugar,Baking powder,baking soda,mix well and keep aside for 5 minutes until it forms bubble.
When its formed bubble ,add in oil and beat well until incorporated ,then add in vanilla essence and mix well.
Add in flour and mix in batches .
In a bowl add in tutti frutti and mix with 1 tbsp flour and add to the batter and mix well.
Add to the greased baking pan and bake @180 c for 45-50 minutes until toothpick inserted comes out clean..
Allow it cool and slice and enjoy with a cup of tea.
