Ingredients
Red Velvet Cake

Cream cheese Frosting

Instructions
Mix all the ingredients under the cake in a bowl ..
Add the batter to the pan and Bake @180 c for 15 minutes .
To prepare Cream cheese frosting , cream together butter and cream cheese till smooth then add in the powdered sugar and Beat well.
Prepare the whipping cream by beating whipping powder and cold milk till soft peaks are formed .
Fold in the whipped cream to the cheese mixture and combine well.
Allow it cool and crumble the cake and keep aside.
In a small glass Assemble by layering the cake crumble followed by cream cheese layer as shown in above picture.
Chill the dessert before serving.
