Ingredients

buttermilk
(1 cup milk+1 tbsp vinegar)

vanilla essence

red colour gel

Instructions
In a bowl sift together flour,cocoa powder,baking powder,salt
Then add in sugar, oil,buttermilk,vanilla essence,red colour mix well.
Then Finally add vinegar and give a quick mix.
Seperate the batter into 3 bowls..
Heat a fry pan ,grease with butter and layer with butter paper then pour the batter in bowl and spread and cook covered..
prepare others layer in same manner. and allow it to cool.
cut the cake layer round with a cutter and frost with cream cheese.
To prepare cream cheese, Beat together cream cheese,butter until smooth then add in powdered sugar and mix well until creamy.
Fill them into piping bag and keep aside.
