cardomom powder
pinch of salt

brown sugar

oil/softened butter

whisked yoghurt

Hot milk

grated carrots

cup
chopped dates

chopped cashewnut

Instructions
Pre heat oven @180 c
Sift together flour,baking powder, baking soda ,pinch of salt,cardomom powder.
Beat oil/butter and brown sugar until well combined.Then add in hot milk ,yoghurt, vanilla essence mix well.
Add in sifted flour and mix well.
In a bowl add grated carrots and chopped dates with a tbsp of flour mix well.Add this to the batter and mix well.
Pour the batter into the greased pan and bake @180 c for 40-45 minutes or until tooth pick inserted comes out clean.
