A cup of left over chicken/mutton gravy
Instructions
In a pan add ghee and roast the shredded parotta till crisp and keep aside.
In the same pan add oil and saute onion till they are soft.then add in chopped left over chicken fry pieces mix well.
Make a well in the center of pan and add beaten eggs…You can increase the egg if u want.
Add in left over chicken/mutton gravy mix it well.Add tomato and green chilli.
When all the masala is mixed well add the roasted parotta and red chilli powder mix well…
Finally add in handful of coriander leaves and lemon juice Mix well and serve hot.
