  1. Melt the ghee and cool it.
  2. Add 2tbsp of above melted ghee in pan roast the cashewnut and keep aside.then add the semolina and fry it (donot brown it)
  3. Beat the egg and sugar well then add the condensed milk .,fried semolina, ghee and nuts .Give it a good mix and pour it into the greased baking pan and bake @180°c for 30 mins until tooth pick inserted comes out clean and top layer is browned …
  4. Allow it to cool completely before cutting.
