Dum ka murg Recipe by Asheera Haja
Ingredients
  • marination :
  • 1/2kg chicken
  • 1/2tsp turmericpowder –
  • 2tsps greenchilll paste
  • 1tsp ginger garlicpaste
  • 1/4cup badam melon seedsand paste (soak them in water and grind to paste) –
  • 1/2cup curdthick –
  • 2 marinate this and keep aside for hrs
  • SPICE POWDER
  • clove Cardomom cinamon jeera, , , sha – equal amount powder it
  • 2tbsps ghee
  • 2 onion
  • strands saffron
  • lemob juice
Instructions
  1. In a pan add ghee ,chopped onion saute till translucent then add marinated chicken , spice powder cook till chicken is done and ghee floats on top add saffron strands n cook for 2 mins finally add lemon juice…
  2. Garnish with sliced almonds
