Dulche de leche ice-cream
Ice cream made with dulche de leche -cooked condensed milk .i havent tasted such an ice-cream ohhh soo tasty tat melts in your mouth..i have been trying to make an ice-cream at home for long time .i was thinking whether it would come out well or nott ..finally tried ot and came out wellll.lets check

  1. Here i have used whipping powder u can also use the whipping cream about half a cup and make this icecream. Beat together whipping powder and cold mild until soft peaks are formed
  2. Then add fresh cream ,vanilla essence beat well.Add 3/4 cooked condensed milk and beat well until well combined .reserve the remaining 1/4cup to add later
  3. Beat this well until thick and store in a tight freezer proof container and freeze it for 3 hrs then take out beat it again and freeze it for another 3 hours repeat it for one more time and after the last beating add the remaining reserves dulche de leche to the icecream and just mix it with spoon so tat its here and these and not fully mixed to the ice cream freeze it znd serve cold.
  4. You can also add melted chocolate on top
