The classic Moist sponge cake soaked in 3 milk mixture where milk is flavourd with Dulce de leche. and topped with whipped cream,Drizzled with dulce de leche.
Remove the cover of 1 tin Condensed milk and immerse in water in the cooker
Cook the tin for 1 whistle in high flame and 35 minutes in low flame..
After its cooled well remove the tin from water and use it..
Sponge cake
Heat the milk and butter until butter is melted and keep aside
Sift together flour, salt and baking powder and keep aside.
Beat together eggs and sugar till light and fluffy ,then add in the vanilla essence mix well.
Slowly add in the milk butter mix and flour mix and mix well
Finally add in the 2 tbsp Dulce de leche and mix well.
Milk mixture
Mix together full cream, Evaporated milk, dulce de leche .
Whip the whipping powder with milk until soft peaks are formed.
Assemble
When the cake is cooled well poke it with tooth pick and pour the milk mixture until its soaked well, then decorate by piping with whipping cream ,drizzle with Dulce de leche..
Refrigerate the cake until served… Cut the slice of cake and serve with sauce.
