  1. Dry roast the oats until nice aroma comes (not browned).then powder it
  2. chop the dates into smallpieces or just crush it .Then add the powdered oats ,crushed walnuts, almonds give it a good mix add ghee to it and make balls of it and store in air tight container and go on snacking when needed…
NOTE
  1. You can adjust the addition of oats powder according to the dates..until all comes together.. amount of oats may vary depending upon the type of dates used..so u can add until it form a non sticky mass..and able to shape into ball…
