For caramel add the sugar to a pan and cook until it s brown colour add hot water and mix well to form the caramel sauce then pour this inyo the individual ramekins
boil the milk and keep aside to cool
In a mixie add milk , sugar, vanilla essence , eggs and beat well then strain it and add to the ramekins
while adding milk mixture caramel seems dissolving but ok while cooking it get settled
fill the big baking tray/dish with waterthwn keep the ramekins in it and bake at 180xb0c for 40 -45 mins until it is set
Allow it to cool and refrigerate it .
while serving turn it round on to the plate with caramel on the top …..
