Cornflakes kunafa is a twist to the traditional arabic sweet with a twist of replacing kataif dough with cornflakes.crunchy ,soft kunafa soaked in sugar syrup.

Instructions
  1. Pre heat the oven @ 180c
  2. Crush the cornflakes with your hand or powder it ..but i like the small crunch in it.
  3. Add the melted butter to it.and mix it well until its well mixed.
  4. Brush the pan with butter then add the cornflakes mix to it and press it well.. refrigerate for 15 minutes.
  5. Mix together thick cream and mozrella cheese well.
  6. Add to the pan and spread it.top it with remaining cornflakes mix.press it well
  7. bake @ 180 c for 10-15 minutes.
  8. after baking chill it for 15 minutes to set it then serve with sugar syrup .
  9. it can be served hot or cold

  1. Boil sugar and water .then add rose water.make a thick syrup.
