Ingredients

redchilli powder

Maida / flour

Instructions
Marinate the chicken with redchilli powder,pepper powder,ginger garlic paste,soy sauce,garam masala,lemon juice and marinate for 1 hour.
Prepare the flour mix by mixing together maida,salt and pepper
Beat an egg with salt,pepper and milk and keep aside.
Skew the Chicken to the skewer and arrange in a plate.
Coat the chicken in flour mix then dip in egg and coat with crushed cornflakes ,fry the chicken till crisp.
