Ingredients
Caramel syrup
3/4
cup
sugar

tbsp
water
Coconut Custard
1
tsp
vanilla essence
1
cup
condensed milk as required
2
cup
milk

tbsp
Coconut powder
Instructions
Prepare the caramel syrup by caramelising the sugar and water till golden Brown… pour over the pudding pan and coat the pan.
Blend together milk,egg,vanilla essence,condensed milk,coconut powder till smooth and pour over the caramel base.Cover with foil paper.
Steam the pudding for 25-30 minutes until knife inserted comes out clean…
Allow the pudding to chill in refregerater for 2 hours and serve.
