Ingredients
Butter cream
- 1/2cup butter
- 2cups sugarPowdered
- 1tsp vanilla essence
Instructions
- pre heat the oven to 190xb0c .
- Cream together butter and sugar till smooth
- Then add vanilla essence to it mix it well.
- mix together cocoa powder and flour
- Add flour mix to the cream batter and form a dough by adding milk..Add the milkextra if needed to combine all well . dont over mix it
- Roll the dough then cut with cookie cutter into a circle shape .place them in a baking tray and bake@190xb0c for 10 mins….
- For Filling:: Beat sygar and butter till creamy then add vanilla essence to it..when all combined add this to a piping bag ..
- when cookies are cooled take out the one cookie and pipe the filling in the centre and Sandwich with another cookie… prepare remaining in the same way….
