Chilli Chicken Roast ,an easy to make spicy  dry dish with less ingredients. Chicken is marinated and sauted in a crushed small onion greenchilli mixture and roasted.

  1. Marinate the chicken with redchilli powder, salt and lemon juice for 30 minutes
  2. Grind together the ingredients given under” To grind” coarsely
  3. In a pan add oil , onion chopped , curry leaves and slit greenchilli saute for a while then add the grind masala and cook till oil seperates
  4. Add the marinated chicken to masala and mix well until it’s coated well and cook till done
  5. When all the water has evaporated add in soy sauce and roast it till dry and charred..
  6. If you need the semi gravy then add extra one onion and water to make it semi gravy and donor roast it till dry.
