This is the chicken stuffed chapathi folded and brushed with the layer of egg… This form a complete meal….

  1. First prepare the chicken filling..In a pan add oil , chopped onion saute it well then add ginger garlicpaste cook till raw smell is gone then add all powders , capsicum, cooked chicken shredded mix it well and finally add corianderleaves and keep aside……
  2. Prepare the dough by mixing together wheat flour , salt , oil and water…..
  3. Roll the dough thinly then keep the filling in the centre then add grated cheese(this is optional i added to enhance the taste)fold in four sides press it lightly.
  4. Heat the tawa and add the chapathi then brush with beaten egg (add the salt n pepper to it) on both sides cook on both sides with oil or butter….
