Chicken satay

Peanut sauce

coconut milk

bamboo skewers

Instructions
Marinate the chicken with the given ingredients along with pinch of salt and sugar for 2 hours (forgot to add in list)
Then thread the chicken in skewers and grill it until cooked and browned.
To prepare spicy peanut sauce
In a pan add oil , chopped garlic, onion redchillies cook until they are soft then crush them in a blender and add to the same pan
To that add brown sugar and stir until caramelized hen add peanut butter and soy sauce ,chilli flakes and stir.adjust salt accordingly
Slowly add the coconut milk to the mix and stir until desired consistency is achieved .Finally add crushed peanuts to it
serve hot with chicken satay
