Savoury version of cheesecake with spiced breadcrumb base layered with cheesecake batter with chicken filling finally topped with mozeralla cheese and baked to perfection.

Ingredients
Chicken Marination

Cheesecake Filling

Base bread layer
4 slices of Bread

melted butter
1/2

redchilli powder
1/2
tsp
oregano/mixed herbs

Instructions
Pre heat the oven @180 c for 10 minutes
Marinate the chicken with given ingredients except oil for 1/2 hr then fry /cook the chicken in oil till its cooked and water is dried and its crisp.
Powder the Bread slices then add in the redchilli powder.oregano and salt .Add in the melted butter and mix well until its mixed well and wet.
Add the bread crumbs to the greased mini muffin tin and press well and bake in a pre heated oven @180 c for 10 minutes.
Blend together the cheesecake filling until smooth.
After the base is bake add in the cooked chicken pieces on top followed by the cheesecake filling .mozerella cheese.
Bake @180 c for 25-30 minutes
