  1. In a small bowl add yeast warm water and 1/2tbsp sugar and allow to proof until it form frothy
  2. In another bowl combine flour salt and remaining sugar mix it well then add the yeast mix ,warm water and olive oil mix it well and knead into a soft dough until.its elastic and springs back when lightly touched .Add extra flour if needed to make it a soft dough …cover it with wet cloth and set aside for 30 minutes..by that time it would have been risen double in size
  3. preheat the oven to 200 degree
  4. In a seperate bowl combine melted butter ,garlic minced,parsely ..
  5. press the dough into a baking sheet and spread the butter mix evenly then top with oregano herbs and lots of mozrella cheese. give a slight cut like breadstick with the pizza cutter so that it would be easy to remove after baked..
  6. bake @200 degree for 10 -12 minutes until top layer is golden brown.then remove from oven
