Ingredients

channa /chickpeas

basmati rice

salt to taste
Instructions
Soak the channa for minimum 6 hours then pressure cook it with salt .
In a pan add oil, ghee then add the whole spices followed by onions.
Then add ginger garlic paste and cook till raw smell goes… Then add tomato and cook till mushy
Add coriander leaves and mint leaves followed by all powders .Add little water if the masala seems dry.
Finally add yoghurt ,cooked channa and check for salt then add water and boil it
Add the soaked rice and cook till done .
