  1. mix together yoghurt baking powder ,salt and sugar then add to the flour and knead into soft dough with water and keep aside for 4 hours.. then roll and fry it
  2. soak channa overnight and pressure cook it till done .frm this take channa and grind it to paste 3tbsps
  3. In a pan add oil+ghee ,gingergarlicpaste,onion cook till raw smell goes then add greenchilli,redchillipowder,corianderpowder,turmericpowder,and saute well then add pureed tomatoes(boil the tomato in water then peel of outer skin and grind to paste) cook till oil get seperated then add garam masala powder , crushed kasoorimethi salt , channa paste , cooked channa and boil for mins finally add coriander leaves 5
