Cream Cheese Frosting

Instructions
Combine the dry ingredients -flour, Baking powder, cinnamon .
Whisk together oil, sugar and eggs till thick (until well combined)
Then slowly add in dry ingredients mix it well and finally add in grated carrots and combine well without any lumps.
Add the batter to the greased pan and bake in pre heated oven @170°c for 45 -50 minutes until tooth pick inserted comes out clean…
To prepare cream cheese frosting
In a bowl cream together cream cheese and butter until smooth then slowly add in powdered sugar and vanilla and beat till creamy
Chill it if needed then frost the cake …
