Ingredients

desiccated coconut

garlic crushed

bird’s eye chilli

pepper powder

flour

soy sauce

handful of curry leaves
salt to taste
Instructions
Marinate the prawns in pepper powder and salt for 15 minutes
Dust the marinated prawn in flour seasoned with salt and pepper then fry it till crisp.
Lightly toast the desiccated coconut until golden brown.
In a pan add butter, crushed garlic , curry leaves and chillies saute it then add fried prawns and toss with desiccated coconut..
