In a pan add water , ginger garlic paste , soya sauce,vinegar,redchilli flakes,crushed daniya , crushed pepper., ajwain , mutton chops and cook it until water is dried and meat is done.
Beat 2 eggs and besan mix well then add the cooked meat then dip in breadcrumbs and fry it..
you can also avoid coating with breadcrumbs and fry the egg dipped meat directly…
