Brazilian coconut Flan

Instructions
  1. First prepare caramel sauce by melting togethr sugar and caramel until brown and pour into the ramekins/ moulds.
  2. Blend together eggs , coconut milk , coconut cream and condensed milk until smooth .Then pour over the caramel and steam for 35-40 mins until set and toothpick inserted comes out clean
  3. Then refrigerate/ chill until serving.
