Ingredients

cashew
1/2
cup
sugar
1/4
cup
water

biscoff spread
1
tsp
butter
pinch of cardomom , cinnamon
lotus biscuit crushed

tbsp
milk
Instructions
Powder the cashew finely then add milk and make it a thick paste..
In a pan add water and sugar ,keep on stirring until it forms one string consistency.
Now add the cashew paste and cook..
Add in cardomom powder,ghee, biscoff spread and stir until it leaves from the sides of pan..
Transfers to a plate and allow it to cool
Crush the lotus biscuit into crumbs and keep aside
When it’s cooled Shape them into a balls and roll it in a biscuit crumbs
