Ingredients

semolina

sugar

dessicated coconut

all purpose flour

tsp
baking powder

melted butter
1/4

oil

yoghurt
Milk sauce
3/4
cup
milk
3/4
cup
condensed milk
1/2
cup
whipping cream
pinch of saffron soaked in 1 tbsp warm milk
or 1 tbsp rose water
Instructions
Mix together all ingredient for cake and add to the Butter greased pan and keep aside for 15 minutes
Then Bake @190 c for 40 minutes until top is browned.
Prepare the milk sauce by mixing the ingredients then pour over the hot baked cake and keep aside for 1 hour to get soaked.
slice an serve with remaining sauce or just serve as squares.
