Yet another Intresting kunafa Dessert – Banoffee pie Kunafa , where pan fried crispy kunafa is topped with sliced banana ,caramel sauce, and a scoop of ice cream loaded with pralines
In a pan add melted butter ,shredded kunafa and roast until crispy and golden brown. keep aside and cool.
To prepare caramel sauce,
Add sugar,water and caramelise it to get golden colour.Remove the pan from heat and add butter mix well then add in whipping cream and mix well, Allow it to cool.
To serve
In a glass bowl add the layer of kunafa at the bottom then top with sliced banana.drizzle of caramel sauce,scoop of ice cream again a drizzle of caramel sauce,pralines.
