ripe mashed

vegetable oil

water

sugar

vanilla

baking soda

walnuts
Instructions
pre heat oven to 180°c and grease the pan with butter and flour …
Mix together dry ingredients and set aside
In a large bowl combine wet ingredients well then add dry ingredients slowly and mix until combined.donot over mix
Fold in walnuts…and pour the batter into the greased pan and bake for 50-55 minutes until tooth pick inserted comes out clean.
If the cake starts to brown at top then cover it with foil and bake until cooked
slice and serve..
