Ingredients
For caramel

tbsp
sugar

tbsp
water
For Flan
2
egg
1
cup
milk
1
banana
6
tbsp
condensed milk
3
tbsp
sugar
1
tsp
vanilla essence
Instructions
Brush the ramekins with butter and keep aside
In a pan add sugar and water and caramelise it and pour onto the ramekins ,Then add the half of the sliced banana on top of it and keep aside.
In a mixie jar blend together eggs,milk,sugar,condensed milk,vanilla essence., half of banana.
Pour over the caramel and cover with foil and steam for 30 -35 minutes
Once cool down ,refrigerate it for 2 hours
Run a spatula around the edges of ramekins,invert to the plate and serve..
