Quinoa Chicken Burger
Here is the simple and healthy way of making chicken burger at home for your kids by sneaking in nutritious ,high fibre quinoa in it... served with simple lettuce burger sauce in burger buns..

Cook Time 15 minutes
Ingredients
- 500 gm chicken Bonless cubes
- 1/4 cup spring onion chopped
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp pepper powder
- 1 tsp paprika powder
- 1 cup Quinoa cooked
- salt to taste
- oil for shallow frying
- Burger Buns
Burger Sauce for 2 burger
- 2 tbsp mayonaise
- 1 tbsp redchilli sauce
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp onion powder
- 1 tbsp tomato sauce
- 1/2 tsp pepper powder
- 1/4 cup shredded lettuce
Instructions
- Mince together Chicken cubes ,garlic powder,onion powder,spring onion,pepper powder,paprika powder,cooked quinoa and transfer to a plate and keep aside.
- Shape them into pattice and freeze them until needed..
- Fry the pattice in oil until done.
- To make burger sauce mix all ingredients under sauce .
- Spread the sauce on the sides of the burger buns ,keep the cooked burger patties and close with other sides and enjoy with sides of greens and frenchfries.
