Ingredients
- 200 gm prawn
- 1/4 tsp turmericpowder
- 1/2 tsp pepper powder
- 1 onion
- 1 potato
- 2 tsps gingergarlicpaste
- 1 tsp fennel seeds
- 2 redchillies
- 4 greenchilli
- 1 cup coconut milk
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
- curry leaves
Instructions
- Marinate the prawn with turmericpowder,pepperpowder salt
- jst shallow fry the prawns and keep aside
- pressure cook the o ion and potayo together for 2 whistle and mash it
- In the same pan im which prawns are fried add greenchilli,redchilli,curryleaves saute it then add gingergarlic paste then add cooked mashed onion potato mix
- Add fried prawns , coconut milk and cook for 5 minutes and turn of the gas and serve
