Prawn Biriyani
yummy prawn biriyani....
Ingredients
- 500 gm Prawns
- 2 onion
- 2 tomato
- 2 greenchilli
- 2 , cloves cardomom cinnamon piece 4 ,1
- bay leaves
- 2 tbsps ginger garlic paste-
- 2 tsps redchilli powder
- 1/2 tsp turmeric powder-
- 2 tsps garam masala powder
- 3 Tbsps youghut
- 1/2 cup coriander leaves pudina n
- salt
- ghee ,oil ,
- RICE
- 3 cups rice cleaned n soaked
- cardomo
- cinnamon
- clove
- water oil ,Boiling
Instructions
- marinate the prawn with redchill pdr 1tsp n turmeric pdr 1/2tsp salt n fry it n keep aside
- in the same oil add ghee ,ginger garlicpaste,onion,saute well until brown then add redchilli powder ,turmeric powder,garammasala,yoghurt , tomatoes , cook well then add coriander leaves and pudina ,salt then add fried prawns mix well n stir for 2 mins until well coated
- Boil water in another pan add cardomom , clove , cinnamon shahi jeera oil then add soaked basmati rice n cook till 80% (tat is switch of the gas afte 6 min frm on adding rice to boilingwater) n then drain it
- In another large pot add ghee spread well then add prawn masala cooked then layer it with rice ,choped coriander leaves n pudina then again layer masala n rice alternatively n then top it with a spoon ful of ghee , fried onion , saffron soaked n milk n close the lid tightly n put it on top of the tawa , on high flame for 5 mins n sim for 15 mins until vapours start coming
- mix well n serve
