Its been long time i have posted recipes in mutton..I have been waiting for the mouthwatering dishes to post.so today i have come up with this peshwari mutton which is spicy aromatic…
This is quick to make dishes no need to wait to saute the onions and tomatoes just add everything give it a mix and pressure cook it…

Peshwari Mutton kadai
This peshwari mutton kadai is a Pakistani dish where the mutton is cooked as one pot dish with the aromatic and spicy masala and the combination of aroma coming from kasuri meethi coriander leaves and sauf is so tempting.
Prep Time 10 minutes
Cook Time 35 minutes
Instructions
- In a pan add oil, ginger, garlic saute till raw smell goes then add mutton pieces.Then simply add onion , tomato no need to saute it.
- Then add all the powders , kasurimethi, chopped pudina , coriander leaves and sauf.saute for 5 mins jst mix everything then add curd and greenchill and cook till done .If cooking in pan cook for 40 minutes
- Finally add coriander leaves and serve hot with naan roti.etc
