A healthy , wholesome breakfast of peanut butter oatmeal is very easy and quick to make in just 2 minutes… Its prepared in microwave but you can also prepare them in stove top.combination of peanut butter and oats go hands in hands.. oats is an one of the easy and balanced breakfast which is high in fibre, naturally gluten free and also helps in lose weight… I know only to loose weight we mainly relay on oats.. oats though have a bland taste but when it’s mixed with yoghurt , fruits etc its combination taste yummm… I started to love oats nowdays you can check out my recent post on cinnamon roll oatmeal … my kids have become fond of oats cookies( already posted). it’s far better than having a flour cookies…
This oatmeal is wholesome , creamy thick with flavour of peanut butter.I just liked the combination of both…I have added brown sugar but it can be substituted with honey or maple syrup..The richness and flavour of the dish can also be enhanced by adding cinnamon powder , serving with slices of banana , some chopped nuts its completely your option..This recipe is a basic recipe with peanut butter but you can add as per the taste and requirements.
Peanut butter Oatmeal
Ingredients
- 3 tbsp oats
- 6 tbsp water
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
- 2 tbsp milk
- 1 tbsp peanut butter
Instructions
- Mix all the ingredients together and microwave it for 1 minute
- Take out give it a stir and again microwave it for 1 more minute until it's set/firm on top
- Enjoy hot
