Payyoli chicken Fry is a simple ,spicy chicken fry made with spicy kashmiri chillies fried in Coconut oil..

Ingredients
- 1 kg chicken with bone
- 15 kashmiri redchillies
- 1 inch ginger
- 6 garlic pods
- 2 tsp meat masala
- 1 tsp redchilli powder
- 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
- 2 tbsp vinegar
- 2 tbsp rice flour
- 2 tsp corn flour
- 3 tbsp grated coconut
- 3 greenchilli slits
- handful of curry leaves
- Coconut oil for frying
- salt to taste
Instructions
- Soak the Redchillies in water for 15 minutes
- Grind together soaked redchilli,ginger,garlic,turmeric powder,redchilli powder,meat masala,vinegar, salt to smooth paste..
- From the ground masala keep 2 tbsp aside..
- Add the remaining masla to the chicken then add in cornflour,rice flour and mix well and marinate for 2 hours.
- Fry the chicken in coconut oil till crisp and done..
- To the 2 tbsp massala add grated coconut.greenchilli slit,curry leaves mix well and fry in the same oil where chicken is fried till crisp
- Garnish this over fried chicken and serve hot....
